Why Exorvision monitors?
Exorvision monitors are specifically designed for the dental or medical environment. We use top grade panels and comply with stricter codes and regulations in the dental operatory and medical environment.
Why use a 12 volt low power supply for the dental operatory?
The dental operatory is classified as a “Patient Care Area”, and low voltage monitors are required within 6 feet of a dental chair in the operatory, as stated in the National Electrical Codes. Patient Care Area: typically in a patient room, this encloses a space within the room not less than 1.8 m (6 ft) beyond the perimeter of the chair in its nomial location, and extending vertically no less than 2.3 m (7.5 ft) above the floor (99:3.3.140). Exorvision monitors are 12 volt, while regular monitors are 120 volt which is not suitable in the "Patient Care Area."
Why use a water sealed screen?
According to OHSA, hygiene is a concern where blood and liquid are present. A dental monitor with a water sealed screen can be wiped down with disinfectants. Unsealed monitors trap moisture, resulting in a yellowish hue on the sides.
Why use HD dental monitors?
A clear image makes your job easier. HD dental monitors allows dentists to provide more accurate diagnostic analyses and at the same time provides education and entertainment for patients. We design and produce HD dental monitors that are for the operatory. Typically, TV images are not clear on LCD monitors and VGA images are not clear on LCDTV. Our HD monitors have been designed to solve these issues to ensure every input is clear.
Why use a higher brightness monitor?
Higher brightness helps dentists and radiologists view detailed X ray images with more accuracy. Our dental monitors with higher brightness outperform regular commercial monitors. To enhance the brightness, the panel has to be opened in a clean room and the illuminated sheet or back light is added. The whole process is done by hand in a clean room.
Why is Gamma correction important in dental, medical, and veterinary monitors?
Monitors that do not have gamma correction can cause images to appear either too dark or too washed out. With gamma correction, monitors display accurate and stable images which are important for diagnosis. It does this by improving the overall accuracy of brightness and color of a monitor. All Exorvision monitors go through Gamma correction. If you're interested in the quality of brightness of an image, consider installing an Exorvision monitor in your operatory or clinic.
