Troubleshooting


No Power

  • Make sure the power button is ON
  • Make sure the power cord is securely connected
  • Plug another electrical device into the power outlet in order to verify that the outlet is not dead

No Video

  • Make sure the video cable is firmly attached to both the LCD and the computer, and the power is on
  • Use auto-tuning
  • Make sure the correct input is selected

Images Unstable

  • Make sure all connections are secure
  • Make sure D-Sub pins are straight
  • Adjust brightness and contrast
  • Use auto-tuning
