| First year | Free parts and labor for all monitors. Free shipping |
| Second year | Free parts and labor for all monitors. Customer pays for shipping. |
| Third year | Free parts and labor for all monitors. Customer pays for shipping |
| After 3 years | $120 per monitor for repair. Customers pay for shipping |
Tampering or abuse of the monitors which result in damage to the monitors is not covered under the warranty.
