What are the benefits of a dental monitor with a high-lumen level?
A high-lumen level allows for clearer X-rays and more accurate diagnosis. The DENclarity dental monitor has a lumen level of 440 cd/ms – a level that’s better than the medically recommended level of 400 cd/ms. Regular consumer monitors on the other hand, have a low-lumen level of 250-300 cd/ms.
Why is it important to have a low voltage dental monitor?

The Patient Care Area (PCA) in an operatory requires dentists use a low voltage dental monitor for the safety of both them and their patients. The PCA is defined as 6’’ around the chair and 7’6’’ above the chair. This is the area in which patients are typically treated, and therefore should comply with current electrical code standards. Having a low voltage monitor like DENclarity is a good insurance policy for your practice.
How does a water-sealed screen make disinfecting easier?
Since water, blood and bacteria are always present in the operatory, it’s important to be able to disinfect your dental monitor screen thoroughly and regularly. With its watertight screen, you can freely disinfect the DENclarity dental monitor without worrying about liquid seeping inside of the monitor and causing electrical damage. Moisture trapped under the screen can also create a yellowish hue.
How does having a TV option reduce a patient’s anxiety?
TV or video programs shift patients’ focus from pain and anxiety to a calmer state. This method is especially effective for younger children, and make their appointment go smoother and hassle free. DENclarity dental monitor has a built-in TV input and remote control for this very reason.
How many ways can the 24″ DENclarity dental monitor be mounted?

Is the DENclarity dental monitor a good addition to a CBCT machine or scanner?
Yes. The DENclarity dental monitor displays clear, digital images from a CBCT machine or scanner. This capability allows dentists to educate their patients on their diagnosis as well as any procedures the patient may need. When patients see these comprehensive images presented, they are more likely to understand their treatment plan and accept it readily.
