We can help you troubleshoot most common problems. Use our troubleshooting information page to help fix most Exorvision monitor issues.
After you have established that the monitor is malfunctioning:
- Go to www.exorvision.com and click on “support” and fill out the RMA form and submit it to us.
- We will give you a “RMA” number and replace the monitor or have you ship the defective one back for repair. A “shipping label” will be sent to your email by FedEx that is provided in the RMA form. Print the label and ship the monitor back to us.
